This means Dis Ease meaning when you are not at ease with yourself or the world around you, this can eventually lead to disease.
Again this links in with the previous post Going With The Flow, where if you resist or hold onto anything you will suffer.
But if you continue to resist then this can eventually cause you to become physically ill, this is your body trying to tell you something and as a wake up call to change the way you are living and interacting with the world.
You should be at ease with yourself and the world around you.
