If you mededate and practice mindfulness and being present in the now enough, then you will start to develop Jedi like reflexes, and that is only just the beginning… I will talk more on this in future…

I will add, that if thoughts come in while you are meditating or at anytime when you want to be still and present (which should be as much as possible), simply notice them as clouds passing by in the sky, then simply breath in love and then breath out and blow those clouds away leaving a lovely blue sky with the hot warm sun, which you can feel on your face and will warm your body all through you. Breath in the warm sun into your body causing a nice warm fuzzy feeling inside, feel the sun’s energy work through you energizing all of your chakras one at a time until all are glowing and fully charged and active.
Bath in the light, bath in the love, bath in the glory, and so it is.
